To verify that your withdrawal has been received by Solium and is being processed, click the Activity tab to view pending or past events.
If you do not see your withdrawal under pending or past events, contact us to verify if the instructions were received by Solium.
If this occurs, please contact us to verify that the instructions were received. If not received, you may need to re-enter your instructions. Please be aware that if you do not receive a withdrawal reference number and confirmation email, your withdrawal was likely not submitted.
