To verify that your withdrawal has been received by Solium and is being processed, click the Activity tab.
The Activity tab is a complete summary of all withdrawals, including pending and historical transactions. The chart labeled In Progress details any withdrawals you have entered which are still outstanding.
If you do not see your withdrawal on the chart, and it is not listed below in the Past Events table, then the withdrawal instructions may not have been received by Solium.
If this occurs, please contact the Participant Services Group to verify that the instructions were received. If not received, you may need to re-enter your instructions. Please be aware that if you do not receive a withdrawal reference number and confirmation email, your withdrawal was likely not submitted.
