To verify that your transaction has been received by Shareworks and is being processed, click the Activity tab.
The Activity tab is a complete summary of all transactions, including pending and historical transactions. The chart labeled In Progress details any withdrawals you have entered which are still outstanding.
If you do not see your transaction on the chart, and it is not listed below in the Past Events table, then the instructions may not have been received by Shareworks.
If this occurs, please contact the Workplace Solutions Group to verify that the instructions were received. If not received, you may need to re-enter your instructions. Please be aware that if you do not receive a reference number and confirmation email, your transaction was likely not submitted.
