To verify that your exercise has been received by Solium and is being processed, click the Activity tab, there you will see In Progress and Past Events sections.
- Activity is a complete summary of all your exercises and transactions from Share purchase and holdings to date, including historical.
- In Progress shows all of your transactions being processed.
- Past Events show completed actions
If you do not see your outstanding exercise and it is not listed below in the Past Events, then Solium may not have received the exercise instructions.
- In the event this occurs, please contact the Participant Services Group to verify that the instructions were received. If not received, you may need to re-enter your instructions. Please be aware that if you do not receive an exercise reference number and confirmation email, your exercise was likely not received.
When an exercise and sell is completed, you will receive an email alert as soon as your order is filled on the market. The alert will let you know that you have a Shareworks message which you can find under the message notification icon at the top right of the page. This will specify the number of shares sold and the sell price.
