Yes, single-sign-on (SSO) is supported. If your company uses single-sign-on to access Shareworks, follow these steps:
- Open the app and enter your company email address.
- Tap Continue. You will be redirected to your company sign-in page.
- Enter your company single-sign-on credentials and you will be signed in to the Shareworks app.
If your company uses single-sign-on to access Shareworks, but these steps don’t redirect to your company sign-in page, please contact your Solium Client Service Manager to ensure Mobile SSO is specifically enabled for the mobile app.
NOTE: Biometric authentication makes signing into the application even easier. For iPhone users, under the Settings tab enable Face ID or Touch ID. For Android users, under the Settings tab toggle Use Fingerprint.
